Hello everybody,how y'all doin? I'm doing great, a little tired I guess. I'm happy to say that the TWA has some been gaining more steam week by week. But with that it keeps the old man busy. But hey, it could be worse. This will be a short column because I have been sooo busy I have not gotten to spend enough time with the love of my life and my son, so I hope you will understand.
It was great seeing some of my fans in Maryland, thanks for the turnout and all the kind words. I had a great time with everyone. As you can see on the message board an old AOL regular came to see me and dropped off a letter from some of my old pals. You know I don't like to play favorites but I would be lying if I didn't tell you that those folks have and will always have a special place in my heart. You have been there since the beginning and have supported me through all the b.s. that I supposedly did. That's cool. So to all of you, Thanks. And while we're at it, thanks for sticking up for me here on this board while a couple of.... well you know, "people" have tried to allow their ever so vivid imaginations run amuck. Some folks just don't get it I guess. "Take the wrestling biz a smidge too serious do ya?" Anyway enough of that.
So I guess everyone has heard that I am coming back (supposedly)soon. Let's wait and see. I am very optimistic about my return but a lot of things could happen between now and then. All it takes is for one guy to say "nah let's do something else". That is the way this business works. But just so you know I would love to do it. It is however going to kill me to be away from my wife and baby even for a couple of days. I have had the rare luxury to be with them both now for so long that I have gotten very spoiled. What can I say, there is no better feeling then coming home every day to your beautiful wife and son and just being a family. I take my hat off to the many wrestlers who have to leave their families every week as it is something I simply could not do. They are everything to me. As much as I love to go out every now and again and be a part of the show, I simply could not do it on a regular basis. Rebecca is my best friend in the whole wide world, and to be without her would be very hard for me. And Cameron, well, he is the most precious little guy you have ever seen. He changes everyday, and to think that I might miss something would be devastating. Oh my God listen to me. I hardly sound cool. Well the cat is out of the bag. It's time for me to say it. I'M NOT COOL. I just want to spend the rest of my life growing old with Rebecca and raise my beautiful child. That's hardly HEARTBREAK KIDish huh? Oh well, the kid is gett'in old I guess.
Anyway, enough jibber jabber about the family. I really do hope to see all of you soon on the boob tube. Again to all of you, new and old, thanks for sticking this out with me. You made them (WWF) not forget me and for that I am eternally grateful.
