Shawn Michaels and former WWF Superstar Adam Bomb appeared on the Children's TV show Scratchy & Co. while they were in the UK for the British leg of the World Tour de Force. The interview was conducted over breakfast by current Big Breakfast presenter Denise Van Outen.

Denise: I think you can tell a lot about a person by the breakfast they eat. This is mine (boiled egg and toast), make sense? But who could be eating all this? (Camera shows a view of the table with around 30 eggs, even more rounds of toast, 2 HUGE bowls of cereal, fruit, fruit juice, milk, you get the idea). Well it's none other than World Wrestling Federation Superstars Shawn Michaels and Adam Bomb. Welcome to the massive breakfast.

Shawn: Thank you very much.

Denise: Is this typical for you? Is this what you normally eat?

Shawn: Well, I think the bowl of oatmeal ah, cereal is just a wee bit too big, but you're about right on the eggs. Course this cereal might be good for Adam Bomb. He's a much bigger man. I think he could consume most of this.

Adam: Maybe a little smaller portion and ah, maybe a few too many eggs but ah, the toast looks good.

Denise: Who eats the most out of the two of you?

Shawn: I would say probably Adam Bomb. When you're a bigger body size, you require more calories. I'm a, I'm samller, so I don't have to eat quite as much.

Denise: And what about your touring as well as staying in hotels and stuff. Do you have to pre-warn them (laughing) that you're coming?

Shawn:Well, you do have to inform them that we're on a specific diet as far as egg whites, no yolks, ah, dry toast. I think you have butter there? Tut, tut; bad, bad (joking).

Denise: I know, sorry.

Shawn: Can't have butter. Gotta be dry boys and girls, gotta be dry.

Denise: What would you eat before a match?

Adam: Ah, I would say usually if the matches are early ah, high carbohydrates to get your energy levels up. And then um, that'd be the biggest thing to keep your energy and endurance up.

Shawn: Right, and ah, I would say, I mean most of us don't eat ah, you don't want to eat right before a match ah, no matter what it is just because that's gonna settle in your stomach and it's gonna wear you down.

Denise: So what things would you definitely not eat?

Adam: Oh, definitely no pork, or sausage or bacon or anything like that. I've completely cut that out.

Denise: What do you think of this? This is like a typical English breakfast. We've got Yorkshire Pudding here, Black Pudding, and Pork Pie. Would you eat that?

Adam: Pork Pie?

Denise: Yeah.

Adam: No way.

Denise: No way (laughing)

Shawn: Yeah, I don't know. I think I've eaten something like that before, but I didn't like that.

Denise: Yeah, Yorshire Pudding, they're good. They're tasty, but I'm not sure they'd be good for you guys with working and stuff.

Shawn: I don't think so.

Shawn: Now that looks scary (pointing to the Black Pudding)

Denise: Laughs

Adam: Yeah, I don't know what that is. Is that like a burnt brownie? It look like it.

Shawn: See, I think it would be easy to stay away from this because...

Adam:Yeah

Shawn: At least this doesn't look appealing. That looks appealing (Shawn looks over at a tray of all sorts of calorie filled desserts like chocolate eclairs, cream-filled buns, etc.)

Denise: Well can I tempt you with one of these?

Shawn: Not a chance.

Adam: I don't think so.

Shawn: Watching my girlish figure.

Denise: (to audience) So if you know what's good for you, get your hand out of the biscuit tin and start crackin' those eggs!
